Philip K. Dick (1928β1982) was an American science fiction writer known for exploring reality, identity, and consciousness. His novels, including Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, Ubik, and The Man in the High Castle, challenged readers with complex philosophical questions. Many of his works have been adapted into successful films and television series. Dickβs stories often featured alternate realities, artificial intelligence, and paranoid worlds. Though he achieved greater fame after his death, he is now regarded as one of the most influential science fiction authors in literary history.
