Arthur C. Clarke

Arthur C. Clarke (1917–2008) was a British science fiction author, inventor, and futurist. He is best known for 2001: A Space Odyssey, developed alongside filmmaker Stanley Kubrick. Clarke accurately predicted many future technologies, including satellite communications. His novels explored space exploration, advanced civilizations, and humanity’s place in the universe. Combining scientific accuracy with visionary imagination, he became one of the most influential science fiction writers of the twentieth century. His works continue to inspire scientists, engineers, and readers around the world.
